I don't like the exact forum background....
Is there anyway that I can change it?
(I don't do much with CSS)

If you want an easier way to change your background,try this please :

ACP=>Display Tab=>Pictures & Colors=>Picture Management=>Advanced Mode=>General/Explore=>Background picture (page)=>Change the url of the image=>Save
