Can someone make a head banner for my site?

I need a cool lookin blue banner with Trackfactory on it, and I would prefer a graffiti/tribal lookin thing (or spraypaint)
also it has to go with my forum - http://www.trackfactoryforum.co.nr or http://trackfactory.forumotions.net
