short background Empty short background

I've got short backgroundpicture ( http://justice-league.jforum.biz/index.htm ) and when I have lot of messages in topic, the background just ends, and starts again. How can I make it to continue with this pic https://i.servimg.com/u/f83/14/13/06/84/ciag10.jpg ?

Admin CP > Display > Pics Management > Advance

scroll down till you see Background picture (page) : and under the URL box at the right tick the box saying 'background fixed' and save.

is that what your asking?
