Needing to know if this is official

I've just had a post from a guest on my forum saying this:

Hello,

Gamesfriend will be closing down soon due to being in violation of the forum hosts terms of service. We ask that if you would like to exchange contact with the rest of the community that you do it now.

The exact time of the gamesfriends closure cannot be released at this moment in time. Feel free to set up a new forum as long as it's not in violation of the terms of service.

Also, if you are sure that your forum is not disrespecting the TOS. Then why worry?

It was a post, yes. I checked the IP and I found out it was one of the spammers against my board.. urgh <_<

Simple just ban him again.

*sigh* I'm getting sick of these guys.
