how do i get a Infraction system

where do i get a infraction system that is automatic i have the other one but i mean a proper one like you type in a user name
then how many pionts you want to infract
and if they hit too many pionts they get banned for soo many days
how many days you want the pionts to last

like a forum on toribash that im on
if you get 4 pionts it a 1 day ban
if you hit 10 piont is a 1 week ban
then if you hit 20 piont its a peremban

Does all of that happen automatically?

awww i just wanted to get a auto infract system for when im offline

yer its auto you get infracted for double post, concerning words and it send you a pm saying what you did and how many pionts you got, links you to the concernd post[s] and even bans you automaticly
