how do i change the page title?

The same problem within this post:

current title html is
"<title>&#21488,,&#28771,,&#27511,,&#21490,,&#30740,,&#313</title>"

I want it to be
"<title>Taiwan History Forum</title>"

in that post, xaphania said :
"You're able to change the title of your forum.

Admin panel >> General Admin >> Site Name

But also change it at:

Admin panel >> General Admin >> Homepage >> Homepage Title"

however, I have found no "Homepage"or "Homepage Title" text or link within the General Admin page.

I have saved the General Admin page below, anybody would please to point out "Homepage" for me? Thanks a lot.

sorry,it's no use at all.
I meant home page title, not forum title.

I've the very same problem.
I could change the "forum title" mentioned above, and it also changed the page-title for "admin pages". but the page title of main page of forum is still the wrong one.
And my forum is not meant to be english.

Any suggestions?

Currently the problem is solved.
The new administration panel contains the appropriate field.
