I have a restricted/locked topic on my forum and when users try to post a new topic the buttons are the same. After some research the buttons should appear as "Post Reply" and "Post New". This does not happen in forum topics that are open/not locked.

I posted this question before in the "Manage the appearance of your forum" section, but haven't received any help.

Here is a screen shot of the issue.
