I get it, like an ID card.

So they could upload a pic, right?

Then fill out some stuff, and then, well, IDK it was her idea LOL!

No, It's everything about the user. The user has to add it on his/her profile like an Add-On.
It's so cool.

Hello,

you could add things to a user' profile via the personalized profile field, which would be quite similar Smile

otherwise it's not possible.
