How to get the scroll over navi bar!! Empty How to get the scroll over navi bar!!

Hi Guys,

I want to have a scroll over button for navi bar how to set that in the forum guys, ie. when the mouse is scrolled over the button it should glow!!

I have the buttons ready (Two buttons one that is standard and another image which glows), I dont know how to use it in the forum guys please help......
