How my forum is displayed

I have noticed that when I log on from different size monitors my forum looks totally different! on small monitors - I MUST use the bottom scroll bar & on larger forums it looks fine


I want to know is there any way I can make the forum look exactly the same & not have it depend on monitor size?

I think u should set forum width to x%

Did that, same thing

I think the banner is too big for some monitors, but in saying that should that not re-size itself like the other pics do?
