Blog in Forum?

Just want to know what is this about?
I saw purple Icon on my forum...
does it mean i can create blog in my forum?

Hi!
You got it right. You can create a blog.
To do it, you need to activate in from Admin CP > Modules > Blog Configuration.

Then you can create a blog from General > Categories and Forums, just like you make a new forum.

But how could i customize the blog?
It seem nth diffrent from a Forum...

You cannot customize the blog's looks as off now.

Am not so sure about that, Wink

When I have time, I'll play around with the template editing feature for blogs.

ACP=>Display TAb=>Templates=>topics_blog_box

Note: This will only work for phpBB2 and punBB versions.

Well, thats there. However, tell me how many of us know how to mess up with that?

Its always better to work with the defaults, than to screw the code unless you know it correctly.

Well...
that is actually a portal page which i make it looks like a blog..
and on the right side, that are some of widges which can be created in the portal structure page...

But ofcourse, it look abit wired interm of layout cause portal are not purposely for blog ^^

But I am trying to make it as similar as posible...
