A few questions

Okay, I have several qustions here.
1) Is there a way to change the reputation system or even the layout? The + and - are difficult for my members to see and the bar that comes up afterwards is odd....
2) Is there any way you can make a system where you can give awards to people?
3) Is there a thing to make race icons? What I mean is like how we have the countries and their flags here, but with characters instead.
4) is there a way to change the profile layouts? It's confusing. It's be good to have all information on one page e.g. info, friends and visitor messages.

3) yes, acp>user and group tab> profile>make a profile field with the images>allow members to change>save
4) you can go simple mode and advanced.

3) I don't know what exactly you want but it seems to be possible with personalized profiles.
Admin CP > Users & Groups > Profiles > Click '+' button to create new field.

4) You can change to simple/advanced mode.
Admin CP > Users & Groups > Profiles > General Options > Activate advanced profile : 'No'.
