Is only founder can install the skin????

i'm going to install the skin in HitSkin there, but when i clicked "Install This Skin",
it written = "Only the founder has the right to install styles by this way."

is that really only founder can??

coz i have big problem T_T
my friend, who was the founder that made the forum, she forget the password, that she couldn't sign in to change the skin...

anyone can help me to answer this???

First of all, yes.Only founder can change the skin.Secondly, If she forgot the password, go to admin cp>general>security>enable the feature of forgot your password for administrator.Then tell her to use that feature(the link of it is below where you signin)There will be written forgot your password.Then the password will be emailed to her.And tell her to keep trying remembering the password.
