Can I get an rank image or two made?

I suck at photoshoping.... I am only good at cut copy and paste not making awesome graphics such as rank images.

Size: Default or what ever size it needs to be.
Background: SAS Camo (light blue, dark blue, green-blue)
Text Color: Whatever stands out.
