Help me where to put all the codes ???!?!?!?

Please tell me how do i upload things like this....i want to submit my site to google.com and i want to put a shoutbox there and i want to make a place where the text flows down..!!!...it says to put the words on the site but i don't know how to put words on my site ? where to paste ?where to place ?...i want to add chatbox too please help me...Thankyou,

You can put custom code to Homepage Message...
Admin CP > Display > Generalities > Homepage Message

You can also put codes in a custom widget...
Admin CP > Modules > Widget Management > Create a custom block

You can also make an HTML page...
Admin CP > Modules > HTML Page Management

Ok tahnkyou very much but what about the flowing of text ? and submitting my site to google.com because it asks me 2 places (im sorry i did not truely understand) HTML or META TAG....i dont know what to do with them ? and what do i write in the HTML Management place ?

You can access your forum meta tags by going to Admin CP > Display > Generalities.
