BBCode buttons missing

My forum's bbcode buttons are missing from the post editor. This always happens in Firefox 3.5.1 and has been happening for the past week or so. My members are also complaining of this happening.

Are you sure that you or another forum administrator haven't deleted the button code, in ACP->Display->Templates->Post and Privat Messages ???

Woah I have this problem too everytime I go online with "Google Chrome" the "wysiwyg" mode is gone, but when I go with firefox its back on.

I think you should look at your ACP

Try this
ACP> General Tab > Messages and Emails > Configuration:

See if your BBCode is check 'yes' Same with WYSIWYG 'Yes'

Remember to Save

If that doesn't work, I don't really know what the problem is, because on my forum those buttons show up on Firefox, Google Chrome, IE, and Safari

This happens in IE, Firefox and Chrome, not sure about Opera because I don't use it.

And this has nothing to do with WYSIWYG, the other buttons are simply missing! Can a tech please fix this as soon as possible? My members find it really difficult to post without these buttons.
