Marker Behaviour?

I am not sure if it's how it works but my markers are not changing. I do not really know when they change. But can anyone tell me how to get them so..

1. When a new topic, it turns lets say red
2. New reply, red
3. No replies, blue for instance
4.Locked will be yellow

I can handle the markers but it never seems to change. Is it cause I'm admin?

I think you want to know that you can set these images by doing the following:

Admin Panel=>Display Tab=>Pictures and Colors=>Pics management=>Advanced Mode=>Icons for topics=>Change the following urls.

~Subject {For no replies, blue}
~Subject - New {New reply, red}

=>Save

Well, kinda

Cause I did a test, i posted a ransom topic with about 3 replies and the markers nid not change...

It doesn't change if your the only one posting, because you've already read it then. if someone else does, it will. and you need like 15 posts or something for a hot topic.
