Two Questions: How do I change Layout? - How do I disable bots?

Ok in layout I mean like changing the look...

for example mine looks like this: http://gothicmachinima.forumotion.net
And another looks like this: http://newlife.heavenforum.org/

I have no idea how to change the layout in that kind of way... HELP!

I would also like to disable the bots... I know you can do them on forums as I am a mob of another forum (not forumotion)
Can it be done?

1.Your whole layout can be edited in
Ap==>Display==>Pictures and Colours

Or you can choose a theme/skin in
Ap==>Display==>Styles==Choose a theme


2.You cannot disable bots but I believe there is a code to make them invisible.

I've looked though all the themes and none are like one I showed...
Like is has the login thing on the side, stuff like that :S I've looked though it all and can't seem to find it

Well they chose a skin and customized everything else to their liking.
