Custom Block Forum Rollover Color

Jalokim told me that the thing on the portal that looks like a forum is a custom block, but how do I make it where when I roll over the block, the forum changes color?

Add this to you CSS...

Code:: tr.custom-table:hover { background : red; }

And now assign class="custom-table" to all the <tr> tags in your code.
I think this will do it.

Yes, but this code is for index page and won't work on portal.
HTML of both is different so the CSS is.

I think I am saying this wrong. The code I posted is a custom widget block on my portal, it is suppost to look like a category with forums in it. I want the forums to have the same rollover effect as the forums. Can you give me the code I posted with the other two CSS codes?
