I really don't get the difference. Is it like someone who lives somewhere else or something?

a moderator is someone who is assigned to moderate a certain section

e.g Sanket (moderator) can only moderate the support section but not the graphics section <--- (i dont think)

a global mod can moderate any section he/she wants

e.g Mr. Mario ( global moderator) can moderate support , graphics and anywhere else he chooses to

Global Moderators

Role : Their main job is to moderate the forum
To solve your problems you can contact one of the moderators. Each moderator is in charge of a particular section, but they can moderate in all sections.

(MrMario, Eximma, Nessa, Jalokim)

A Moderator (Graphics Moderator, Support Moderator)
Are in charge of that certain section.

e.g. Support Moderator is Moderator of the Support section.
&
Graphics Moderator is Moderator of Graphics Section.
