Invisible Scripts

I'm trying to install some invisible Java Scripts that will work anywhere in my forum. So far the only way I can find is to make the script into a custom widget and stick it on the forum page. Unfortunately, it doesn't let me enable the invisible widget unless I give it 180 pixels of space on either side of the forum. Is there a way I can remove the need for the 180 pixels, or apply this script in some other way?

You will be able to past scripts where ever you want by using PunBB or PhpBB2 by editing the templates
