how to put image as background in my portal

anyone here share his idea on how to put image as background of my portal. i would like to use the image but it will automatically resize to the size of the screen..

To put background images go to Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS.
Put this code there..

Code:

body {
background : url(BACKGROUND IMAGE URL HERE) repeat;
}

This will apply to all the pages of your forum, not only portal.
