Friends on Forum

This is probably going to end up being a very stupid question but here it goes. I have searched my admin panel far and wide looking for the button to enable Friends Management on my forum. At first I was beginning to think that the forum didn't have that option. But then under Admin Panel->User and Groups->Profiles->General Options, it said that Friends could be enabled if Friends Management is activated. So, where do I activate it? Also to prove to you that it isn't in my modules here's a screenshot.

Admin Panel=>User & Groups=>User Options=>Look for Friends & Foe Management=>Yes=>Save
