Not bad at all, although a few flaws.
The image size is a bit too big. Also, they all look the same, which actually make people doesn't want to look at the rank. You should add some color to the wording.
For the scanlines, I would decrease the visibility to 30~40. Because at this moment, their existance catch the eye more than the words.
Gloss, I would also decrease the visibility to 60 instead of 100. It looks dull and not "real" atm.
Overall not bad, I would give 7/10 for the artword, but if you change those I've mentionned I think you will become better next time.

KilIf, those are really great. But, it seems the 'Mini-Mod' rank has the text justified to the left a bit instead of in a centered position. A bit too big, but good job dude, good job. 8/10
Also, I bet no one has noticed this, but try highlighting over one of the rank buttons; they look even cooler.
