Best of Forumotion Contest, First Round of Voting

Its back and its better then ever!
The Fourth installment of "the best of" contest started all those years ago by Kilsek.

The submissions period has ended as of today, now it is time to vote on the 20 forums that were submitted.

This is the timefreame of the contest...
1. The submissions of your forum start today, this will last for two weeks. Ended
2. The first round of voting will start, this will last one week. Current
3. The bottom half of the forums that were voted on will be dropped.
4. The remaining forums will be voted on again, and the top four forum will be selected, this will last one week.
5. The four forums will be voted on by the staff of forumotion and the officials of this competition to determine which prize they will recieve, this will last 2 days.

Before anyone complains, this contest has been authorized by Caihlem and Nessa. Thanks guys!!!!

And the only other person (other then staff) allowed to run this contest is Darren.

I don't really like the rules for this voting poll,

'Invite our members from our forum to vote for our forum?'

Isn't that cheating? => {The best forums will never win if there's cheating involved}

Plus,you did not say if we are allowed to vote for our own forum,

So,that means everyone who entered the contest will obviously vote for their own forum... Even if their forum isn't good enough.

P.S, am not voting now,

I wrote those rules in the middle of a car ride on my phone.... Give me a break. I will edit them when I get up.

wouldn't a poll be easier? or is 20 forums to many for a poll?

I really like the option for members to post for the forum they would like to vote for. This will remove the option for members to create multiple accounts just to vote in a poll,

@Doc,
The contest already started,and you left the bottom and went to the top already.

~ Still trying to figure out which forum to vote for... It's hard to choose between Sanket,Rok,Jalo and Doc.

I thought you had to vote for the best out of 1 category and then the best of teh categories gets to vote again for the best of the best forum...

I am seriously lost,...

and voting for yourself is just so unmannered... hahaha

members from tealeaf graphics.. there will be minus points for you back home if votes are not cast.

But i seriously think this voting is wrong... it was always vote for the best out of each category ... I mean I can't pick between the forums in the computer industry against the ones int he graphics world for example.
