Solved mod and admin tag can't display

hello all,

i found the problem again, i can't display the moderator and administrator tag under they username, actually i have been set it into special rank but tag under they username can't effect, please help me... .

Admin>click the member's on name u want to have a desire position> scroll down until you find RANK TITLE and click you the rank you want and save..
