changing forum version problem

I want to change my forums version from phpbb2 to punbb but when I do my forums I added is like bunched all up in 1 big long section insteado indevisual sections can someone help me please?

whats the link.
It's most likely you have to set your (Structure and hierarchy)
But i cant really tell unless you have the link to how it appears or a screen shot?

Here it is this is the link to my phpbb2 version http://codesocial.forumotions.net/index.htm you can see how the sections are divided but when i change it to punbb it's just one big row with all the sections going down one big list.

I fixed it now I had to go into the Structure and hierarchy like you said thanks this really helped me.
