Wallpaper & avatar request

Hi, i`d like a wallpaper like this one https://2img.net/h/oi31.tinypic.com/9toltt.jpg but instead of Placehold i`d like that to be writen on it syaler, the avatar to be the same as the wallpaper !!
The size of the wallpaper to be like an ordinary wallpaper size and the size of the avatar to be 150x150 !!!
