how do i set special ranks

i have read the FAQs but im not getting it when it says use the "user management tool" i have given myself a special rank, but i dont recall how. >_< help is appreciated thanks.

ok have you made the rank in your * Rank Administration page if you have then all you need to do now is go to Users & Groups
then click on * Search users find your name ..... then click it then scroll right the wat to the bottom of the page till you see Special admin-only fields then when you found that you need to look on the bottom of that bit your see Rank Title : this is where you will find your new rank you made pick the one you made and then save then take a look in your profile on the main site and that should have changed it
