Right Click pop up

On some forums, when you right click a pop-up comes out and says something. How do you do that?

=>Go to your administration panel
=>General Tab
=>Forum
=>Configuration
=>General
=>Site description
=>Enter the code below

Code:

=>Save

Note : You can modify this code by replacing Text Here with the message you would like to appear when someone right clicks.
