Make my Memberlist to have moore pages

hey my i have 43 members on my forums and they are all on a page
i want to have only one page with 20 members and if i want to see the rest of the users to click a 2 button or whatewer to see the next members
can i do that?
it needs to be done from the CSS code ?

We don't have access to forum files and database so we can't do it.

No buddy, we can't make any changes in database at any cost.
Only the techies have access to our database and they don't make any changes for a particular forum on request.

So, there is no way to do it.

hmmm the only way to install a Theme to the forumotion is by installing it from a site like hitskin
if i make my own theme upload it to hitskin then ill get what i wanted
so is there a program to make a php theme?

We can't make theme with PHP. It is a server side scripting language.
Even if you create your own theme or template, they won't allow you to edit PHP.
