latvian language

i suggest to create latvian support for our forums
i am latvian and i'm really pissed off, that latvan ortographical signs have been translated to &#233% (in posts there are no problem, but there is in the name of the topic)

i meant that latvians need latvian language in the forum, but i think that we dont need this support forum
P.S. all i need is that my forum recognises latvan symbols like ēāžčņļķūīģš

Iam to voting yes...I creat my forum before 3 days about and then i choose latvian...But when i start creat my forum all topic and that things... i saw that register is in africaans language than i look in my profile and in admins settings to choose latvian but there is'nt it i push L and there is only lithuanian...Please look out this problem!
