Sitemap help!! Empty Sitemap help!!

I followed the tutorial on how to add your sitemap in google this one: Text Sitemap

whenever i add my sitemap page this one: My Sitemap Google keeps giving me errors! can someone check my sitemap out en tell me what the problem is?? i did exactly ass the tutorial said but still getting errors
