request for simple green navigation bar please

Nature of the creation : navigation bar
Creation size (in pixels) : like the one in the link
With or without animation : flashing for new pm and register
Background color : green like forumotion monster
Picture(s) link(s) : no pictures
Text to insert : all of the ones in the link except other and chat

but the color be green (like the monster on forumotion) and the register and new pm still blink red but the text for the others to be blue???
we dont need the others or chat button ALSO IF YOU COULD ADD a gallery button.
