Solved Ip/host Ban

well i cant find out how to ip/hots ban someone from my forum

im having some problems with a member of my forum and ive banned hes account and email but it has no effect he just makes another email and a new user

there for i need to know how i can see hes IP/Host so i can ban him for good

User & Groups>Users>Ban control>Ban one or more IP addresses or hostnamesIp/host Ban Question2 IP addresses or hostnames :Give an example their ya go now just copy & Paste that users ip address and Hit enter and Their you go you ip banned him!

yes but where do i see his ip address

i know how to ban but not how to see hes ip address when hes offline

If hes online and you are you can go to the admin panel and see it in the home page but other than that its not possible.
