how to remove widgets on a HTML page?

Hello, sorry to keep asking for support, but,
I'm working on a "Staff" html page, with icons and all of that. My problem is that I've got sidebar widgets on the forum & portal, but I don't want them on this page, but I do want all of the header. Is there any way of just removing the wdigets on this HTML page, or adding all of the header?

the header can be done in the forums templates if you are using phppb2 or punnbb version?
as far as the widgets. i believe that you would have to not show forums widgets. but then they will not show through the rest of the forum. they will only show in the portal. there might be a way to place a code using css. i am not a 100% certain and i will have to test a few things. in the mean time. just wait and see if another member or staff replies. if there is a way? someone will tell ya how. and i'm pretty sure you can by css.

I copy and pasted the template for header, yet is seems to be disfunctional that way.
