Hello!!!
i have a great idea , i thought of this idea a long time ago but didnt post because i was thinking that the Tech would make this . So i think i would suggest this .

now ,
we have a lot of features such as points , reputation and all those systems things . But we are missing a system . Advanced permission system well i know , this suggestion have been suggest a lot of time and a long time ago , but i want to express it differently and with a name 
so ,
name = Advanced permissions
for? ok i will explain it now :
For the other word of this name is Detailed Permissions . With this , it would solve a lot of suggestion and problem . Because usually , most of the suggestion are related to this . So hypothesis :
If you make advanced permissions
a lot of suggestion and problem would been solved .
why? i will explain later
but now lets go to the suggestion!
Suggestion

well , a lot of topic are being made such as
" Moderators permission " which would make advanced permission for only that
" Admins Permission " Same but admin
But this!!! is different , it is for both , and also with a neater , simple and nice system
i shall now explain by Numbering :
Moderator Advanced permission
1 ) We make a Group moderator for a forum

2 ) Go to the Group and select the Permissions

3 ) Now you can see the permissions . and now we can also see the simple permission . so if we have this feature we will have
Simple permission
Permission >> In the Forums permission
Advanced permission

4 ) Now , we have a link to the advanced permission below the Box

5 ) Now we can specify what permission we want!!

Admins advanced permission :
1 ) go to the Groups >> Administrators
2 ) Click the users personal permissions

3 ) And select which access you want
( for the HTML module, how about making him access to modify only some particular pages? )

Even simpler
Misc :
but only founder can DELETE users .
And only Founders can change the users profile unless he / she is given level ( Shortcut in the profile ).
Only founders can change users password .
Only founders can Delete forum .
Now seems like different users would want different
lets make a level :
level 1 : he only have admins permission ( personal admin permission )
level 2 : he can view ip and admins permission ( personal admin permission )
level 3 : He may edit users profile and view and admins permission ( Same )
level 4 : He may view ip , edit users profile , and have the default admins permission
level 5 : ALL and including he can view the statistics .

What about Moderators control panel?
that , we put based on the access he have .
like he only have a move access , so in the modcp it will show only move option .
How about HTML pages?
well we make it a bit more advanced .
we make he / she controll selected pages .

i am really sure , with all this , Forumotion will be as advanced and user friendly as ever !!!

but i would list some of them
A ) Now , we could assign Some people to be like the announcer . For example this pic

he / she have the access to most of the Announcement options .
B ) we could also do groups like Mega movers , the group can only move topics in some particular forum .
C ) We could have make a group who have his own blog ( HTML page ) and modify it .
D ) Remember the hypothesis i made? ok now i will explain why a lot of people made suggestion this that and that , but most of them are usually permissions , like having moderators to access point administrations . With this , we could solve a lot , i mean a lot of problems and suggestions
E ) Your idea here

yes , with this , the security is even higher ,because administrator , if we put he dont have access to Delete forum or CSS , he couldnt delete it .
and also , we could do even more ideas , like making a Job , Their own HTML blog , Mega movers and even more .
but i think i will edit the 1st post a bit .

YES, i want this so bad, one reason why i made my board on a server host, and not the preloaded ones like forumotion. Now dont get me wrong, i love FM, they got great features. But this, this is the GREATEST feature, if they HAD it xD.

If forumotion did this it would seal its placing as the best free forum provider. No one else offers that kind of functionality in their admin cp.
