Solved New User forced Group Join

I could have sworn I saw an option for this a while ago. Can't seem to find it now and its driving me crazy. Basically, when someone joins the forum, I want them to be part of a specific group by default, named "Unconfirmed". I have searched through the Users & Groups section with no success.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
