Default Avatar

I set this using the Admin panel, but it doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone changed their default avatar successfully?

Default avatars work like this:

You set up the default avatar, and it works only when a new member joins. You'll have to set it up manually if you want people without avatars to have that avatar

ya thanks, I understand how it works though.

New members joining are not getting assigned the default avatar set from the Admin panel, like i said in post 1.

There is a generic default avatar image showing up though, its this:

I can't seem to find that link anywhere in the picture section.
