Solved I can't access my account on my site!

i haven't been on in a while and for some reason i can't access my account. i tried clicking 'i forgot my password,' typed my username and email and this shows up- The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security." I CAN"T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO DO THAT! can somebody please help?? beu Crying or Very sad
