en u move my pointer over wrighting on forum it dissapears?

hi there guys and girl when i go and move my cursor over my forum wrighting it goes the same colour as my forum back ground how do i chnage this? , for example when u select ur birthdate u cannot see any mopnths untill the cursor is on it if tht makes sense lol

To change text color :
ACP=>Pics and Colors=>Colors=>Colors and text size=>Text Color=>Change it=>Save

To change hover link color=>
ACP=>Pics and Colors=>Colors=>Colors and text size=>Hover Link Color=>Change it=>Save
