Can't find New Domain

I had a confirmation of my domain name earlier today from buydomain@forumotion.com which said it would be active in a few hours, can anyone tell me do I have to change anything on my forum ? for it to be active?

I have tried to reach my forum with it's new .COM name but it just takes me to https://www.forumotion.com/en/search/ Name of forum.com doesn't exist.

Any help anyone ?

A custom domain name, if you registered for it today. It will start working in 2-3 business days.

I bought it yesterday and I received an email from them at midday today
So why do they say A few hours ?

Well, i don't really remember what it says. Although, as i said it will take 2-3 days to work. It takes time for the payment to go through.

Here is a copy of what they sent me I have taken out the information about my site so I don't break any rules on here

Yes, i do understand what the mail said netsniper. But, once you make the payment it takes 2-3 days. So you will have to wait it out
