Re: Web Mail unreadable
its not just 1 email its all emails recieved on the webmail and I would rather not display in a public forum private mail. Any admin available to look into this. please
Re: Web Mail unreadable
If you would prefer you could PM it to me
We cannot diagnose the problem without troubleshooting, and we cant trouble shoot without seeing the problem.
Our admins here don't really provide support, they have more of a "behind the scenes" role, as their kept very very busy

Re: Web Mail unreadable
There is some sort of coding issue there, however that's a problem from the database which we can't handle.
However, there is text there, perfectly readable - It's just got some font codes around it
I do suggest that you clear your cache and cookies
As well as updating your IE: Help > Update my IE ( Or something similar )

Re: Web Mail unreadable
Maybe it is a technical error
If anyone can help out please do so.
I do believe this is worth moving to the technicians room

Nopes, since its a third company application we are not sure of how to sort it. You will have to wait it out as darren1 suggested.
