I can make custom graphics, but when it comes to flash I AM TERRIBLE at it.
Basically what I am trying to do is have it open up with "WELCOME TO THE LARGEST SONS OF ANARCHY FORUM ON THE INTERNET" then take this clip

but when they crash have it say
SONSOFANARCHYFORUMS.NET(maybe add some harley background or something to it if you want)
(all caps)(and have it remain on this part)

And have an icon so people can turn the sound on/off.

All help would be appreciated and will make a post to link to your site, so everyone can know who made it.

i figured it was worth a shot if someone did it. the forums are insane, and i am trying to keep up with all the emails, and pms and answering everyones questions. not only do i suck at flash, i dont have time to learn it . lol
