Okay so recently I've been have some problems with the category not showing up so I've been wondering if you guys could help me out. Please and Thank You.

Do you have any forums in the category? If you don't have any forums in the category it will not appear.

if you don't have forum attached to it it does not appears as LH justin said but if you have attached then admin panel > display > structure and hierarchy > split categories on > medium
