forum favicon

my own forum favicon doesnt get displayed...

i had it before... and it worked just fine...

and just now i noticed its not working anymore....
only the green speech bubble shows up... the forumotion one

already tried out those example icons... and they work... but when i switched back to my previous picture...
only the green bubble appears again..

the picture i want to show up is this:

EDIT:
favicon is the icon displayed in the tab in the window
you would be able to change it in general > configuration ... and enter an image url into the favicon text field

Your favicon must be 16 x 16 pixels in size.

Also, you must save it as an .ico file typethen upload it, or it will not work,

When you save the image, put .ico next to it.

anyway... dont know why...
but its back up...
and this pic works as it did before

the favicon doesnt need to be small... it can be every size .... and it gets automatically resized to fit into the tab...
about file type... i dont know... but .gif works too...
