Cant delete Header image

Not sure if its just me(I checked both on my laptop and my iphone) but in the headers where is says home, member list, ext. it has this image behind it. I right click it and view background and it has this random image that I don't remember adding and cant find in the panel and delete.

That skin has issues with it, i would suggest you to choose some other skin.
