Nature of creation: userbar
creation size: normal size of userbars like here on the staff members
with or without animation?: no animation
background color: blue
pictures/links: none
font color: blue
extra comments: just a userbar that has a word(Pokemen) positioned in the center that has big bold letters(white letters)

pokemen on the center(no ther pictures) the userbars like the mods use here.. can anyone do it for me??
