payment procedure

i would like to ask if there's other payment can be done aside from paypal? since paypal doesnt have yet any billing agreement with the present country i am. does it accept thru wire transfer? pls let me know if there's other option. and if i will be able to avail the 2000 points what would be the additional features i can have in my forum.

the only payement way our forums accept for the moment are allopass or paypall! it don't accept any thing else!
