I think that is a fake it does not show up on my official forumotion support board.

You can easily tell that fake forum is fake by a few obvious reasons;
One being the whole forum "is processing a maintenance"
Real support forum's DON'T take time out for maintenance without notification via the RSS feed through your administration panel (in the middle of the Home tab, where the updates are, just below the statistic's )

They didn't get the page view correct, aswell, thay capitalize letters in the middle of sentences, aswell as spells many, many things incorrectly.
